Maybe I am a little vain.  I get it from my father.  Me and Melissa took pics of each other a few days back.

Well, I’m really excited to announce that I’ve been asked to be the speaker for 2 upcoming seminars that my lab puts on. I’m so honored that they would consider me to do this! Pounds Labs has been my professional lab for the past 7 years, so they have been with me from the very beginning. The first seminar is in 1 month, so I have a lot of preparation to do. I’m excited to actually be able to voice all these things that go on inside my head. I have been thinking about starting a workshop here locally, so maybe this can be the beginning of something really fun!
Anyway, I’m sorry to toot my own horn…….I couldn’t help it though, It’s not very often that you get your name in neon lights!

I thought you might be interested in seeing my new album that I designed for the studio demo. Just click on the link below to view.  Click on the thumbnail of the first page, and then hit the next button at the top to scroll through the whole album.  It’s designed as an 11×14 horizontal album. When you view the spreads, you are looking across 2 pages b/c it folds in the middle. It will actually be 11×28 across the spread with the book open. I’m pretty excited, I think it’s going to be a killer album. I would appreciate any comments or critiques.

Also, I wanted to let all of you waiting on your finished albums know that I’m currently working on them. I had to wait for a break in the crazy summer schedule to think strait enough to start designing them. There are about 10 that I currently have due, and that’s going to be my focus for the next month. Thanks for being so patient!!
